Cancellation Policy
Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policy: Booking Policy: All reservations must be made through our official Request for Services form, located on the website below each offered service. - A valid credit card may be necessary to secure your reservation. Cancellation Policy: - To avoid any cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you cancel your appointment 24 hours before. - In the event of a late cancellation or a no-show, a cancellation fee of no more than 20% of the original cost may be applied. Waitlist Policy: - If the desired booking is not available, you have the option to join our waitlist. - We will promptly notify you if a spot becomes available, and you will have a limited time to confirm the booking. Please note that specific policies may vary depending on the type of service or event.
